Tina & Tom

Mother of the Bride Linda is one of a kind in Tina's world with her unlimited time, patience and support she has always given. From taking her to countless clubs and classes from a young age all the way through to more recently supporting her to become a qualified nurse. Many people call Tina a 'little Linda' which you will be sure to agree with when you meet her on the day. Tina has her mam to thank for her love of Harry Potter since Linda read all the earlier books to her when she was little and funded mountains of collectables for her. She is quirky, witty and will thrash you at Scrabble. Can often be found or heard charging around shouting 'Geooorge!?'

Father of the Bride Tina's Dad will bring a certain amount of Greek flair to the day, don't expect smashed plates but absolutely expect to hear a very happy Greek, perhaps nearly even as happy as when Greece won the Euros in 2004, not that he brings that up regularly at all... Forever Tina's biggest supporter in everything she does or decides, from enduring all things Disney on his weekends off work when she was little to embracing the title Fur-Grandad and loving Scooby endless amounts, Tina would be lost without her Dad. Expect George to be devoting all of his attention to his daughter and grandson Scooby on the big day.

Mother of the Groom Marina has supported Tom through thick and thin, making him the man he is today. As well as being his Mother, Marina has also been like a friend to Tom too, meaning they have enjoyed many activities together, including numerous cinema trips, meals out, holidays, escape rooms and even the odd trip to InflataSpace! Affectionately known as 'Aunty Mini', family is more important to Tom's Mam than anything else. Fun fact, Marina has a hybrid Scottish - Geordie accent. So if you spot her on the day, do feel free to ask her to pronounce 'medium' or 'burglary'.

Maid of Honour As with most 20 year friendships, Mandy has became both a friend and family member to Tina, being with her during all of her momentous occasions. Over the years, they have enjoyed regular trips for bubble tea and yo-sushi, two loves only they share. They have shared many gigs, trips away and in recent years went to Majorca where Mandy had to endure pulling Tina around in the sea in her unicorn inflatable, she suspected she actually enjoyed! Mandy never fails to bring a bit of cheer and laughter wherever she goes. She's bright and bold, in both hair and personality and can't be missed.

Maid of Honour Tina and Amy were first introduced by Mandy and slowly went from acquaintances, to talking therapists, to friends, to best friends to each others travel buddies, shopping buddies, and suddenly everything buddies. Six years on and they are yet to have their first trip abroad but have visited various parts of the UK for festivals, gigs, shows, nights out and sometimes even just for shopping in outtlets or their house of worship TK Maxx. Expect to find her manning everything at the wedding as she always strives to make sure things are perfect for Tina. After all she is the Pooh Bear to her Piglet.

Bridesmaid Tina first met Kayleigh at college when they were both at the beginning of their nursing journey. Their friendship grew as they supported each other throughout their studies and even now as newly qualified nurses. Kayleigh and Tina both love spirituality, bottomless brunches, a good romance book and have a not so secret passion for early 2000s emo and alternative rock (Video evidence available upon request). Expect to find them singing their hearts out to Blink 182 on the evening.

Bridesmaid Tina and Jade became friends at the beginning of their nursing studies in college and made it all the way through to becoming qualified nurses together. They both have a shared love of gaming, coffee, PINK! (who they saw last year together) and the magical world of Harry Potter. Despite being a Hufflepuff, Jade is always the life of the party and can't be kept away from a dance floor (expect to see her moves on the big day). Has been known to keep a crate of WKD in her handbag for trips or during special occasions.

Bestman Some friendships are forged on great journeys to destroy rings in active volcanoes, others on Friday pizza nights, controller in hand, playing Pro Evolution Soccer or watching NUFC matches. Tom's friendship with his ring bearer has gone from strength to strength and involved numerous metal gigs, time supporting their favorite team, the evolution of FIFA and some thrill-seeking at Alton Towers. Being the Sam, to Tom's Frodo, hopefully there will be no need for Liam to be carrying Tom around on the day.

Bestman Tom and Carl became friends in first school. NUFC, Alton Towers and playing football (Cambois Jnrs!) cemented the friendship through first, middle and high school. Tom and Carl later lived together, which was an experience for Carl...his water bills had never been so high! They have also been on a few trips abroad too. Carl never shuts up about golf and would always be standing around practicing his swing (usually with the Rocky theme playing), which is great, as Tom never tires of telling Carl to shut up about golf. Expect to see Carl bustin' some moves on the dance floor, Bubbles style!

Groomsman Ben, or 'Smarty', went to the same school as Tom and the earliest memories they shared were trips to ‘The Fox’ during free lessons. Smarty and Tom were part of a Tough Mudder group, helping Tom get title of 'MVP'. They also enjoy FIFA nights, poker games, escape rooms, the odd trip abroad and nights out - 'Bubbles like?' Both Tom and Smarty are avid gamers, so expect to see them competing in the evening entertainment. On the day, you can find Smarty by following the scent of Espresso Martini's, or by spotting the kind of quiff Johnny Bravo would be proud of!

Groomsman Sean and Tom first met in high school, Sean's shoulder length ginger locks being his trademark. The only member of the wedding party who has been on TV, Sean was on Ninja Warrior (his 5 minutes of fame video is available upon request) Sean is also another member of the Tough Mudder group. They worked together and also lived together for a while along with Bonabelle and Marceline (Sean's two cats). Sean and Tom both share a love of gigs, Halloween cosplay, nights out and board games. Watch out for his Bronson 'tache on the big day, if you want to catch the 'Ginger Ninja'.

The Ushers Danny married Tom's sister Clair in 2007 and has been a pillar of the family ever since. Mason, now ten years old, was the next addition to the family and has grown to be Danny's mini-me. Avid football fans, Danny supports Liverpool (try not to hold it against him) and little Mason is an Arsenal fan, much to Danny's dismay. A fitness guru, keen chef and avid gardener, give Danny five minutes of your time on these subjects and you are guaranteed to get at least double in return! Expect this nearly identical comedy duo to be the first on the dance floor and to be the life and soul of the party all day and all night. Also, Tom's nephew Mason loves a high five.
